1. Purchase
On the qvapehouse.com website it is possible to purchase the products presented in the qvapehouse.com online shop.
The qvapehouse.com online shop is divided into country-specific shops and an online shop that can be used by visitors from countries where qvapehouse.com does not yet have an online shop dedicated to them.

Forgery of documents and misrepresentation of your age in order to access information or purchase products on this website is strictly prohibited, illegal and punishable by law. Purchasing products on behalf of or for a minor is prohibited. We reserve the right to require proof of identification as provided and permitted by law.
MBA International cannot anticipate customs charges for products ordered from qvapehouse.com. Products are shipped from Bulgaria. Customs duty is payable by the buyer, according to the legislation of the country of residence.
MBA International may refuse an order if it suspects that the qvapehouse.com website and shop have been misused.
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that he/she has been informed of these General Terms and Conditions and that he/she has been expressly advised of them.
The purchase contract is stored in MBA International and can also be accessed at any time by the buyer via his/her account in the online shop.
2. Completion of purchase
An order in the qvapehouse.com online shop is placed when the user completes the purchase and/or receives an automatic electronic notification of the purchase. This electronic notification is not a confirmation that the product is in stock or that dispatch has begun. The order will be confirmed no later than 2 working days after the order has been placed by a new order confirmation e-mail.
In the event that the ordered product is out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled for other reasons, the user will be notified by e-mail.
MBA International will treat confirmed orders on qvapehouse.com as irrevocable. In the event of an error, the Buyer may cancel the order at no additional cost until such time as the Buyer receives an email notification that the order has been confirmed.

3. Customs charges and duties

4. Payments
Until payment in full, the products ordered remain the property of MBA International.
All prices on qvapehouse.com are in the official currency of the country of the local online shop. All prices on the global online shop qvapehouse.com are in Euros (EUR) and are country-specific.
For buyers from European Union countries, prices include value added tax (VAT) from the local country.
Buyers from countries outside the European Union are not subject to value added tax (VAT), but are obliged to pay all costs associated with the import clearance of the goods, including any import duties, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country of importation, which is notified to them at the time of purchase and in these General Terms and Conditions of Business.
Prices and discounts apply at the time of order.
For each purchase made in the qvapehouse.com online shop, only the discount valid at the time of placing the order and the discount obtained by the customer using the voucher and redeemed before the order is completed will be calculated. For orders that have already been placed, the Buyer cannot redeem the voucher after the order has been completed.

The prices quoted are only valid for purchases made in the qvapehouse.com online shop and may differ from the global and local prices of the qvapehouse.com online shops.
MBA International will also send an invoice to the Buyer’s address on or after delivery of the products ordered.
The invoice breaks down the price and all costs related to the purchase.
5. Payment methods
There are four payment methods available for qvapehouse.com customers:
- Direct bank transfer – Bank transfer to Revolut bank account.
- Payment by payment cards – Visa and Mastercard payment – via the Revolut secure online payment system.
- Google Pay / Apple Pay – Via the Revolut secure online payment system.
- Payment with the GoCrypto payment system – Cryptocurrency payment – via Binance Pay, Bitcoin.com or Elly Wallet.
