Listman Charger / Powerbank BL2 is a USB charger with intelligent charging of a maximum of two batteries at the same time, and it can also be used as a Powerbank. It allows charging two 18650 batteries at the same time. It automatically detects and charges each battery in two slots separately, and detects the battery’s power capacity and determines the appropriate power mode for it. It can also revive batteries that have too low a voltage and have been over-discharged. The charger also has an LED indicator and a number of protections such as protection against overcharging, protection against an incorrectly inserted battery and protection against heating.
